Bistro Menil Goat Cheese Provence
A very European take on a delicious goat cheese marinade made with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and lemon from Chef Greg Martin of Bistro Menil.
Ingredients
- 1 cups EVOO
- 1/4 cup sliced steamed garlic
- 1/4 cup sliced steamed shallot
- 0.06 cup lemon peel
- 0.06 cup whole rosemary
- 0.06 cup thyme
- 1/2 tablespoons peppercorn blend crushed

- Combine all ingredients together.
