The County Line's Smokehouse Gibson
A smoky take on the classic Gibson Martini from County Line BBQ in San Antonio. Garnished with house brined cocktail onions and freshly cracked black pepper.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Tito’s Vodka or similar
- Vermouth
- House Brined Cocktail Onions
- fresh cracked pepper with Grinder
- Libbey Glass 7518
Instructions
- Rinse a martini glass with Vermouth and set aside.
- Add vodka to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with cocktail onions and freshly cracked black pepper.
