Pineapple Infused Vodka with Vanilla Beans

Ingredients
  • 3 pineapples
  • 3 bottles, Monopolowa Austrian Potato Vodka
  • 1-1½ vanilla bean, per bottle

Wow! What a good balance between sweet and sour. The vanilla beans adds another layer of flavor. Enjoy!

Method:

Start with 3 pineapples – slice into 2 inch squares. Three bottles of Monopolowa – Austrian Potato Vodka (1 bottle for each pineapple used).

Use 1-1/2 vanilla bean per bottle. Slice in 1/2 to allow beans to infuse. Infuse for at least 24 hours we recommend 48 hours.

Fill Martini Shaker with ice and Pineapple Infused Vodka. Chilled Martini Glass with a Pineapple Garnish.
