Praline Pecan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients
Praline Pecan Crusted Chicken
- 2 HEB Natural Chicken Breasts- thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Adam’s Reserve All Purpose House Rub
- 1 cup Praline Pecans- Healthy Living Department at HEB
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Montana Mex Avocado Oil
Honey Butter Pecan Sauce
- 2 tbsp HEB Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp 4J Grilled Scallion Whole Grain Mustard
- ¼ cup HEB Wildflower Honey
Instructions
For the Praline Pecan Crusted Chicken:
- Place pecans in a food processor and grind until they become a fine “powder”. Mix them with almond flour and House Rub in a bowl, set aside.
- Whisk eggs together in a separate bowl. Place chicken in egg wash, and toss in almond flour mix. Pre-heat a skillet on medium heat for at least 2 minutes. Add avocado oil and allow to heat to 30 seconds.
- Place floured chicken in skillet and reduce heat to medium low, cook for about 3-4 minute each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 in center of thickest part.
For Honey Butter Pecan Sauce:
- Heat a small skillet on medium low heat. Melt butter, then add all other ingredients, and mix until thick and bubbly. Serve over chicken.
