Ingredients
  • 1 oz Unsalted butter
  • 1 t Shallots
  • 1 t Garlic, chopped
  • 6 oz Slender green beans

Fresh and tasty! This garlic green beans recipe from Morton’s is the perfect side!

Melt the butter in a sauté  pan over medium heat until bubbling but not brown.  Add the shallots and garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.  Add the beans and toss a couple of times.  Add salt and pepper and continue to sauté for a couple of minutes until beans are at desired tenderness.

Wine recommendation

Louis Martini Cabernet, Napa, 2004 at $12.95/glass or Conundrum Winery Conundrum, Calif, 2006 at $16.95/glass.
