Masraff Lychee

  • 3/4 oz Absolut Peppar
  • 1 oz Grand Mariner
  • 1 oz lychee syrup
  • 1 lime wedge squeezed

A VERY nice martini indeed! Masraff mixologist Peter Clifton has a fun, refreshing take on this Asian-inspired cocktail. Supremely tasty!


  • Shake and strain.
  • Add 1 oz midori to layer at the bottom.
  • Garnish – thai pepper, quartered and soaked in ice water overnight and blooms into a flower.
