Hemingway Daiquiri

Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Bacardi 1909
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • ½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • ½ oz. Luxardo Maraschino
  • ½ oz. Simple Syrup

Ernest Hemingway liked his drinks stout…and a little rough around the edges. This Bacardi-based daiquiri passed his palate test – see what you think! A birthday bash in Hemingway’s honor is happening in San Antonio on July 21 at Ocho, the cool, funky bar at the Hotel Havana on Navarro street downtown…live music and $5 daiquiris!

Directions:

Shake all, serve up, grapefruit garnish.

Hi Tanji! Any recipes to go w/ the Hemingway’s bday? I click on the recipes link below the HEMINGWAY DAIQUIRI recipe & it takes you to a window that says NOT FOUND. Would love recipe like those found @ the Hotel Havana (doesn’t have to be same).
Thanks!
