CINQ Heirloom Tomato salad

  • 1 vine ripened, seedless watermelon
  • 4 vine ripened heirloom tomatoes
  • 6 oz. feta cheese
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 1 bunch tarragon
  • 1 bunch chervil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Salt and pepper
