  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup HEB Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tsp Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp Central Market Organics Ground Flax Seed

This smoothie (pictured in the back) is high in protien and low in carbs and perfect if you are just starting a diet. You could call this ‘breakfast in a glass’…it’s great for our busy schedules!

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor for 5 minutes.
