Instructions
  1. Soak cedar plank in water according to package directions, at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high. Season salmon portions with olive oil and Asian Spice. Place filets on cedar plank and then put the plank on the grill.
  3. Cover the grill and allow salmon to cook 10-12 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees.
  4. While salmon is cooking, heat a small skillet to medium-high. Add orange juice and Sesame Ginger dressing. Allow mixture to come to a boil while constantly stirring until the sauce thickens, 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon from grill. Glaze with Sesame Ginger and garnish with green onions or chopped leeks.
