  • 3 raspberry
  • 3 blackberries

  • 1 ounce agave nectar
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • crushed ice
  • splash soda water

Talk about a ‘fruity’ persuasion for a hot afternoon! Zinc’s Berry Berry Zesty Margarita is the ultimate adult refresher. Strips of roasted jalapeño certainly do add some Southern flare…

Muddle berries and cilantro with ice. Add the infused tequila with triple sec, agave nectar and lime juice. Shake. Salt the rim of a tall glass, and strain mixture over ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

*Infused Tequila

1 bottle white tequila

2 roasted jalapeño, cut into strips

6 roasted pineapple spears

Add the ingredients and bring to a simmer for five minutes. Let the mixture rest for two days and strain.

One ounce of Tripe Sec liquor. On Great Day the wine was Enza Prosecco :) Lemme know if you need anything else.
