- 1 4-6 in round Brie Cheese
- 1 each Granny Smith and Honeycrisp apple
- 1 pear (any variety)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp Green Valley Ranch Salted Caramel Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice brie horizontally but leave together. Place brie on a foil lined baking sheet or in a glass baking dish. Place brie in the over for 10 minutes or until cheese is just starting to melt around the edges. While brie bakes small dice the apples and pear and toss in a bowl with the lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and GVR Salted Caramel Sauce. Remove brie from oven and place on serving tray, top with apple pear salad mixture and serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette. Serves 8-10 as an appetizer.
