There was a little something for everyone at the 2013 Paella Challenge at the fabulous Pearl Brewery. On Sunday, March 10th, the annual competition featured fine weather and even finer culinary talent from here in San Antonio and beyond. It all begins at the Pantry, where various chefs come to stock up on beautiful produce that’s been donated (in large part) by the folks of Sysco Central Texas — a faithful sponsor all four years so far!
