Sysco Central Texas cooking facilities played host once again to Goodtaste.tv, this time as we caught up with another amazing chef, Jeffery Balfour, of Citrus Restaurant and Vbar at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk. He’s a fabulous chef and whipped together some beautifully braised beef sopes, or short ribs, for our cameras to capture.
