The recipe is the definition of fresh and super simple to prepare. Sysco Chef Dustin Alexander cuts pears, peaches, plums and grapefruit into different shapes and sizes for nice contrast on the plate, salts the fruit to bring out its natural sweetness, and on the grill they go!
Plated with micro basil and fresh mint, its a wonderful item to put on your menu, drizzled in a white balsamic and shallto vinaigrette with a touch of honey for a sweet twist!
