One of the hottest restaurants in Houston reads like love letter to the Lone Star State! A hearty and engaging dining experience awaits at Ritual; a new neighborhood spot in The Heights carefully crafted to be an expression of Texas.

Co-Owner Felix Florez wears a few hats at Ritual (chef, sommelier, butcher), but many in the industry know him to be a meticulous rancher, respected nationwide for his work with humanely raised meat. Case in point, the GIANT pork chop below – one that Florez calls “the best pork chop you’re gonna have. Period.”
