Co-Owner Felix Florez wears a few hats at Ritual (chef, sommelier, butcher), but many in the industry know him to be a meticulous rancher, respected nationwide for his work with humanely raised meat. Case in point, the GIANT pork chop below – one that Florez calls “the best pork chop you’re gonna have. Period.”
