Now’s the right time to reach for a new winter roast. The Alamo City’s annual Coffee Festival returns to historic La Villita on Saturday, December 13th. It’s a celebration open to all coffee-lovers, offering fresh, locally roasted coffee from all over the world!
Stroll through the colorful shops 0f La Villita and interact with local coffee artisans who will roast and brew 30+ coffees — all in a fun, comfortable community atmosphere. By end of day, you’re bound to appreciate what it takes to pilot a coffee bean from crop to cup:
The specially designed Tasting Flight is the featured highlight of the event. Think of it as an informal version of a traditional “coffee cupping”; a practice by which a professional coffee taster attempts to measure aspects of the coffee’s aroma and taste (and aftertaste) much like sommeliers evaluate wines.
Come taste your way around the globe…literally. This year, Goodtaste.tv is being recognized as an official Festival Supporter, so come look for us!
