If you have your sights set on a day of relaxing and Black Friday bargains, leave the cooking to the pros on Thanksgiving. We’ve put together a list of hot spots around the city that are open on Turkey Day. Be sure to call ahead to see if these restaurants are accepting reservations!
Carmelo’s Ristorante Italiano
Lunch will be served from 11am-3pm. You can enjoy holiday entrees like Beef Stroganoff, Risotto with Pumkin and Veal Ossobuco. Dinner will begin at 3pm and their Turkey Special with Brussels Sprouts, Chestnuts, Corn Mousse, Roast Potatoes, Cranberries and Rigatoni with Cauliflower will be served along with their regular menu.
Kerbey Lane
Feast on all your favorites from sun up to sun down. All of their locations will be open. So, enjoy a non-traditional holiday meal of Moroccan Beef, pumpkin pancakes and Cowboy Queso all day long. Create your own tradition this year!
Second Bar + Kitchen
You can enjoy their regular menu from 11am-midnight. They will also have a few special items, but have not released what those will be just yet. Feast on favorites like their roasted chicken, grilled flank steak or seared rainbow trout.
Estancia Churrascaria
Enjoy roasted turkey in addition to their southern Brazilian menu. Be sure to save room for their pumpkin pie a la mode, too!
Corazon at Castle Hill
They’ll be open from 12-3pm. You can create your own three course meal. Pick from appetizers like roasted butternut squash soup and posole blanco and main courses like a traditional turkey dinner with traditional sides or roasted turkey with mole negro. Top off your meal with pumpkin pie or bread pudding with Mexican brandy espresso sauce.
