GREEN IS GOOD (Daily Detox):
- 2 stalks of Celery
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Handfuls of Kale or Spinach
- A Heaping Handful of Cilantro or Italian Parsley
- 1 Lemon or Lime
You can add 1 apple to make it sweet! Juice all ingredients in juicer put in glass pitcher and add two drops of doTERRA Frankincense oil.
Beetastic Energy Liver Cleanse:
- 2 Beets
- 6 carrots
- Small chunk of fresh ginger root
- 1 Apple
- 2 Sticks Celery
Juice all ingredients in juicer put in glass pitcher and add 1 drop of doTERRA cassia oil.
Sweetness of Life Raw Soup:
- 2 cups organic carrot juice
- 1 handful of organic kale
- 2 stalks of organic celery
- 1 smidge of ginger + 1 drop of doTerra ginger oil
- 1 lemon + 1 drop of doTerra lemon oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp of cumin
- ½ tsp of Real Salt
