Time for Round 2! Join Goodtaste at the Chef Cooperative Dinner Series when it returns to San Antonio on Thursday, January 9th 2014. The Chef Cooperative is a local collective of talented chefs (and passionate foodies!), who, together, actively promote the health and prosperity of South Central Texas farms through an innovative approach inspired by the “Farm to Table” movement.
The relationship between chefs and farmers is cyclical — and a coveted one at that — in which both parties collaborate to ensure the success of the other. Come for some amazing, locally sourced food and wine, while helping SA’s Chef Co-op “give back” to the farmers. This is done not only through the purchasing of their goods, but also through the systematic return of all proceeds collected from a series of events designed to showcase the bounty of local farms.
This next Chef Cooperative event will be featured at The Boiler House, part of the Historic Pearl Brewery. The event benefits My Father’s Farm. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly…now is your chance! These will make the ultimate “stocking stuffer” in time for Christmas… 😉
