This deconstructed starter sautés a medley of zesty garden veggies like onions, jalapeños, and tomatoes, and combines them with the pealed and deveined shrimp, tossed in a yummy Adam’s Reserve rub and seasoned with Chef’s Basting Oil. You can do them on the stove top or the grill – they’re succulent and tender!
You’re looking to take the shrimp from a pale white to a pale pink color — and STOP there. These should take about 4 minutes at the most to cook. Wow, the smells are incredible! Once done, dress with avocado chunks (superfood!), a squeeze of fresh lime juice and Bodacious Red Soppin’ Sauce…it’s shrimp magic!
