Get a load of this hefty bratwurst bulging from under a freshly baked pretzel bun…it’s a mouthful and oh so good! Chef Charlotte walks you through the simple steps from simmering the raw sausage in beer (we chose the French red ale, Gavroche), to dressing it inside the bun with Swiss cheese and an onion blossom horseradish sauce from Robert’s Reserve – a favorite of mine! Top with sauerkraut, and you have something that totally stands out for the big game. Wait until the very end to place it all in the oven. Then, prepare for the cheese to melt and get nice and bubbly! Yum!
