I’m glad I was able to link up with the resident Chef David for some great grilling ideas you can try at home.
Cooking commenced right away on a robata grill…perfect for Japanese food and other goodies that call for instant caramelization. Everything about the presentation was beautiful. Chef David used a variety of menu items for our demonstration: blanched asparagus, skewered red onion, bacon-wrapped cherry tomatoes (my favorite!), blistered Shishido peppers, skirt steak and local shrimp drizzled in Yakitori sauce. Who’s hungry?!
