Beat the Heat at the Boerne Wine Co.
Come on in to the Boerne Wine Company, a charming Hill Country shoppe right on popular Main Street in the Hill Country. It’s an amazing place for wine lovers and cigar lovers alike! Mingle within their primary tasting room or out back taking in the view on the Western-style patio. The owner, Christopher Grossman, gave me the rundown on the hand-picked varieties they carry…with 32 wines by the glass there’s a lot to choose from!
Recently the company partnered with McPherson Cellars to produce their very own Tribute line, which you can only get at a very select few places – this being one of them! The sweet Moscato, for example, is made from 100% Texas grape and an absolute delight at the dinner table. With an incredible assortment of Texas wines and later hours now that it’s Summer (they’re open Thurs – Sat until 9 PM!), it’s no wonder I find myself returning time and time again.
