Good Taste with Tanji - Wine, food and fun with Tanji Patton.

The Texas Hill Country this time of year is simply marvelous…not only for its scenery, but also for the incredible collection of culinary items found at Epicure Market in Boerne. A multitude of cheeses, condiments, baked goods (not to mention exquisite chocolates) are housed here from all over the world! Each item seems to have a unique story behind it, and the list goes on. Epicure is also home to one of the largest selections of gluten-free products I think I’ve seen anywhere…spices, grains, pizza doe, frosting mix…almost anything you can imagine!

I’m especially partial to these Spanish Tortas from Ines Rosales…savory and sweet, they’re absolutely to die for! Great by themselves, or with a good cup of Joe in the morning. Heck, enjoy them ANY time! And be sure to visit this quaint, country boutique soon…
