It’s far from fast food, but talk about speedy service for your stomach! I recently stopped by the brand new Cooking Connections location inside H-E-B’s Montrose Market for a visit with Chef Sean Robertson. He had some excellent tips for getting crafty with CC’s Green Valley Ranch Reserve – a superior line of sauces that can be used as both a dressing and a marinade! Their ‘Sesame Ginger’ is a sweet, soy-like flavor that coats this shrimp stir fry just right, and only 25 calories a tablespoon! Brie and chopped applesWhile you “wait,” try this snappy baked brie recipe, with bite-size chunks of fresh apple and pear drizzled in Green Valley’s ‘Agave Caramel’ sauce and spooned to rest atop the warm, gooey brie. Use a cracker and take a scoop, it’s pretty spectacular!
