Ace’s Pear (or Perry) Cider doesn’t just pave the way when it comes to unique taste; in fact, it set the standard! The second Ace cider to come out of the specially-designed micro cider mill, in Graton just outside Sebastapol, California, ACE PERRY is, by all reports, the first of its kind made in the United States – how cool!
If you’re like me, and are continually looking for other options to please your palate, a crisp, refreshing cider is just the way to go. Did I mention it hearts food? Great with creamy desserts, fresh fruit, salads (a blue cheese and pear salad, anyone?)…even cook your mussels in it!
The cider itself is available in 22 ounce containers or 12 ounce bottles as part of a 6 pack. I had a 12 ounce and it was plenty filling, but if you’re really looking to unwind you have your options! Light and clean and totally up my alley, ACE PERRY can be dressed up or down for practically any occasion. And get this: it’s gluten-free!
Like their flag-ship beverage, ACE APPLE, the PERRY is made from a base of 100% pure, local apple juice. Pear juice is then added to give the cider its distinctive pear taste – a perfect and natural compliment to its counterpart (which you must also try)! I can’t say enough about it, and trust it’ll be a presence in stores during the holidays…Enjoy!!
