La maestra, Blanca Aldaco is a true culinary innovator. Her desserts are simply to die for! Did you know that it was Blanca herself that brought the recipe for traditional tres leches cake to San Antonio?? How cool is that!

Blanca is very tight-lipped about her secret recipe for the tres leches, but I’ll keep trying.
Oh Geez I thought this would make such a great and different dessert for Thanksgiving!! Keep trying Tanji!!!
Since SOMEONE seems to be tight-lipped, can we order one for takeout? I am willing to drive the “60″ miles(rt) for anything PUMPKIN! I will have to go have lunch(hopefully more than just that cake:)) if SOMEONE won’t share that recipe.

On the email I received it listed recipes made with pumpkin. I was able to load all but the one. Missing is a recipe for Pumpkin Tres Leches Cake. It is a video of the desserts @ Aldaco’s. Also could not find it in the recipe section of the website. Is the the recipe available? Thank you!
Blanca keeps that recipe secret….I’ve tried many times to get her to reveal the ingredients. But, you can order the cakes for take out….they are incredible!!!! Only available at Aldaco’s Stone Oak location.
