H-E-B’s banana-wrapped Chilean sea bass
Are you looking for a dish that’s not only delicious…but makes a fabulous presentation too? I’ve found it at H-E-B Cooking Connection. Chef Jeff Alfeche at the Bunker Hill location made this Banana Wrapped Chilean Sea Bass for me recently. Wow! It’s so impressive! All you have to do is marinate the fish in Cookwell & Company’s Honey Lime Vinaigrette, then wrap in banana leaves (if you don’t have access to the leaves, you can use parchment paper). Wrapping the fish helps retain all the moisture and adds an amazing flavor. Chef Jeff serves the fish over Tandoori rice and some Mango Pico. You will impress your guests when you serve this beautiful and delicious dish. Enjoy!
And are you the master of your backyard BBQ? Then you have a chance to win a $10,000 backyard makeover from H-E-B. Nothing says Texas BBQ like a backyard that’s dialed in for good times. My husband would love to win this giveaway! Our backyard is in dire need of help! We entertain so much and can only do so inside because our patio and deck are a wreck!
