The Fig Tree’s Twist on Escargot
Here’s a twist on traditional escargot from the romantic Fig Tree. Chef Byron Bergeron sauteés garlic in butter and then de-glazes the pan with Rosè, which gives this rich dish a delicious Mediterranean aspect. Cream and ground chorizo round out the incredible flavors. Pair with a Mas de la Dame dry Rosè and enjoy on the amazing patio overlooking the River Walk.
