Paesanos 1604’s fresh & light crab cakes for summer
Nothing says summer like fresh seafood served on a breathtaking patio. Chef Clark McDaniel of Paesanos 1604 has a variation on traditional crab cakes that you are going to love. Very light and tasty, these are steamed, not fried. And, there are no bread crumbs, so this dish has very few carbs. What these crab cakes do have is flavor…the fresh crab is seasoned perfectly. Pair with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc–that’s Goodtaste! Click here for the recipe.

We only were given some of the measurements, is there anyway to get them all? I’d love to make this. I have a traditional recipe for crab cakes from a restaurant in Houston which are fabulous, take hours to make (due to the chopping and prep), but that are loaded with calories. I’m so excited to have a new option for the summer! Thanks Tanji!

Your Crab Cakes look wonderful. Since I have to eat gluten free, this is someting I can never order when I eat out (until now)and I live only 5 minutes away.
Paesanos 1604 also has a gluten free menu….enjoy!!
