This beautiful truffled egg and asparagus salad is the creation of world renowned chef Andrew Weissman who continues to delight crowds at his new Il Sogno restaurant at the historic Pearl Brewery. Il Sogno means ‘the dream’ – and after you taste this salad, you’ll dream about it for days to come.
BTW, Il Sogno’s wine list is a nice assortment of Italian wines. If you’re not familiar with them, be sure and ask your server for help—adventure into the unknown here is a fun choice.
