The wines at Ehlers Vineyards are delicious – the Cabernets divine! Ehlers Estate vineyard is located on an historic wine growing site. It’s in the St. Helena appellation and is about a mile or so north of the charming town of St. Helena on Hwy 29.

The winery was purchased in the mid ‘90s by a French wine enthusiast named Jean Leducq. His goal was to create a winery that would produce complex wines similar to his beloved Bordeaux. When he died in 2002, he left the vineyard to the non-profit Leducq Foundation that he and his wife founded. So, when you buy one of the Ehlers’ fabulous wines, the profits fund cardiac research.
