Served with roasted red pepper and chipotle mashed potatoes, sauteed wild mushroom, and port wine and balsamic reduction

Wood grilled atlantic salmon with choron sauce

Served with roasted garlic and tyhme risotto, grilled vegetable ratatouille, and basil emulsion sauce

Chocolate fondue

Fresh whole strawberries, banana slices, apple slices, pineapple wedges, fresh melon slices in season, marshmallows, maraschino cherries, ginger and pistachio cheesecakes, profiteroles, salted pretzels and pound cake pieces
