As hot as it is outside, how about some beautiful delicious crab cakes? Morton’s crab cakes are incredible, and they are so easy to make. I usually make enough to have leftovers the next day…what a treat. You can use either fresh jumbo lump crab meat or the canned – both are fabulous. Wine recommendation

I serve them with a Sauvignon Blanc or a Chardonnay.
