Good Taste with Tanji - Wine, food and fun with Tanji Patton.

I love making my own pasta, but often don’t take the time. I found a fabulous pasta at Central Market called ‘Rustichella d’Abruzzo’. Italian, of course! My son loves the spaghetti, and I’m hooked on the gnocchetti sardi. The texture, shape and taste are fabulous. I use these in place of spaghetti in ‘My Favorite Spaghetti Casserole’ recipe which is in my recipe section. Enjoy, and let me know how you like it!
